Vision For Life Commitment
At Newsight Laser Center (NLC) we stand by our results. We stand behind your vision for life because we have confidence in our surgeons and the advanced technologies we utilize. Our intention is to help you maintain the best possible vision throughout your life.
We call it the NLC Vision for Life. The primary benefit of the program is NLC’s assurance that if a re-treatment is needed to maintain your distance vision results, clinically qualified patients will receive a re-treatment without being charged the surgeon’s fee. With our Vision for Life Program, you get the ultimate peace of mind:
- One year of unlimited post-operative follow-up visits. Within the first 12 months of your laser vision correction, there is no charge for any of your visits if you want to be seen for any reason, at any time.
- For the rest of your life, if you ever need an enhancement procedure, it will be offered without a surgeon’s fee (a nominal operating room set-up-charge or laser manufacturer’s royalty fee may apply).
The NLC Vision for Life Program is your assurance that in the event a re-treatment is needed at any time in your life, you will receive the procedure without any surgeon’s fee, provided you maintain your eligibility for the program. Although re-treatments are very infrequent after the first 12-month post-operative period, should your NLC surgeon determine that a re-treatment is likely to improve your vision, you will be scheduled for the procedure. There may be a nominal operating room set-up-charge or laser manufacturer’s royalty fee, to cover certain expenses associated with the use of the laser and the laser suite.
Annual Eye Exams Are Important
Regardless of your laser vision correction, having an annual eye examination is an essential part of maintaining the good health of our eyes. To maintain your eligibility for the NLC Vision for Life Program, you need to have an annual eye exam at a NLC facility. For rates of annual eye exams starting at 24 months following your initial surgery please call us. The enclosed Vision for Life information, describes the program guidelines, eligibility, limitations, and everything else you need to know about the program.
